At MotionGrey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic setup; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective materials.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location to be sent back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
